Study at a school in Haute-Normandie
In Haute-Normandie, the Universities of Rouen and Havre are dedicated to the integration of students with disabilities into their institutions. The ESC Group also has designated disability resources; however in other establishments (Architecture school, Agricultural school, etc) no such resources exist.
However, the obligation to implement the necessary developments for your academic pursuit is equally as important in establishments with no disability resources. (what about the law ?)
In this case, it could be more difficult to receive aide. We advise contacting the MDPH of your local area and those in charge at your institution.
