Certain large businesses have introduced, on an intern basis, a Handicap project manager or a Handicap representative.
One person or one team is responsible for carrying out the employment policy in favour of those employees with disabilities.
Those people with disabilities who are searching for employment must apply like all other candidates but can send their application directly to Mission Handicap.

Financial Aide from AGEFIPH
Primes, helping with mobility, helping with alternance
The AGEFIPH provides financial aid to businesses and people with disabilities when signing their CDD of at least 12 months for an internship.
Businesses can also obtain financing for costs related to employment adjustments.
In addition, the AGEFIPH can take care of certain transportation costs, accommodation costs and training costs.
