Founded seven years ago in the heart of Zurich, Asperger Informatik Co employs autistic computer scientists successfully.

The Zurich Company is located in a small building in a residential area, quiet. Inside, one finds a very precise work organization. Each employee knows what he must do during the day, each filing cabinet is clearly labeled and offices have no phone. On the door, an instruction: "Please do not disturb! Use the e-mail please."  This is a golden rule for all these meticulous employees but vulnerable to all disturbances forms.

Asperger Informatik Co offers its services in the field of software testing and website design. The six employees aren’t graduated in computer science necessarily. They are mostly people who have computer skills. Its founder, Susan Conza, herself affected by Asperger's disorder, has worked for a decade at Cyberlink Co.  Now she holds conferences abroad with his father-in-law, Antonio Conza, in order to publicize the company and show that specific organizations of work can provide some solutions to the difficulties faced by people with autism.
